Office Assistant / Receipting Clerk:
We are looking for an Office Assistant / Receipting Clerk, responsible for exercising the highest level of diplomacy and professionalism while tending to a variety of business related activities for management. This position is full-time. Weekdays 8am-4:30pm.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Processing of online remote deposits
- Bank runs, bank deposits, loan payments, etc.
- Reconciling Credit Card Statements
- Working with Excel - Creating Spreadsheets
- Preparing 3-Ring Binders (legal documents, tax documents, etc.)
- Order office supplies
- Extensive filing
- Scanning, printing, and preparing PDF documents
- Running office and personal errands for the owner(s)
- Handling personal matters with the highest level of confidentiality
- Process background checks
- Assist with various administrative requests from management and accounting department
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of Office Assistant experience is preferred
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong aptitude for math
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Highly detail oriented
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must pass background check
