Duties:
- Greet and assist prospective tenants in a friendly and professional manner
- Conduct property tours and provide information about available units
- Answer phone calls and maintain accurate records of tenant interactions
- Deposit checks in the bank accounts
- Send security deposit checks out efficiently
- Collect receipts and file them appropriately
- Coordinate office tasks in a timely manner
- Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or property management preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite)
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer relationship management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to negotiate lease terms with prospective tenants
- Data entry skills for maintaining accurate tenant records
