Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Greeter: Welcome study participants and visitors in person or on the telephone, manage incoming and outgoing calls using a Clinical Research database to recruit, screen, determine eligibility, schedule, follow-up with potential study participants, and respond to inquiries related to advertising and referrals to research studies.
- Appointment Coordination: Keep patient appointments on schedule by notifying the study coordinator or study physician of patient's arrival.
- Participant Recruitment: Conduct interviews and screen potential study participants over the telephone using study questionnaires, actively recruiting study participants in accordance with each study protocol.
- Data Management: Review chart completion, scan documents into the Portal, and enter data into the study-related portal.
- Patient Relationship Management: Build rapport with study participant during their office visits, assist the study team in preparing subject charts for study visits, and ensure a clean, professional, and organized office appearance.
- Office and Equipment Management: Maintain business office inventory and equipment, anticipate needed supplies, and schedule equipment service and repairs.
- Treatment Information Management: Ensure the availability of treatment information by filing and retrieving patient records.
- Team Contribution: Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Clinical Research or Medical Setting Experience: Candidates with prior experience in the medical setting or Clinical Research industry are highly desirable.
- Medical Front Desk Experience: Minimum of 1 year or more in medical front desk or similar roles.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on customer service and telemarketing sales skills.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in an orderly fashion.
- Problem-solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with a professional appearance and demeanor.
- Flexibility: Flexible work schedule with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Driving Requirements: Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation with a clean background and drug test.
Required Work Shift:
Full-time hours: Tuesdays to Saturdays: 9:00AM to 5:30PM, with flexibility to work earlier or later when required.
Sundays and Mondays OFF.
Job Types: Contract, Full-time
Salary: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
