Our growing insurance company, Johns Agency LLC, is currently searching for a Property-Casualty (P & C) Insurance Agent to join our team. But, not just any agent.
Our growing insurance company, Johns Agency LLC, is currently searching for a Property-Casualty (P & C) Insurance Agent to join our team. But, not just any agent.
Your chief goal as a Johns Agency agent will be a customer service representative role. You will service our members and work on our 'book of renewal' policies. You will be contacting our members directly to review their renewal policies and to LOOK for opportunities to upsell within our book of business. You will be handling customer issues, taking payments, making changes to policies, reinstatements, updating our POC notes for each member and handling general phone queries. This is a Monday-to-Friday operation. There are endless opportunities to pursue. And, if your LIFE & Health license, this too will add additional revenue to your earnings. This is not an opportunity for the faint-hearted customer service agent, you must be driven to achieve high renewal percentages and new P/C and Life/Annuity/Visa Cash back Credit Card offerings to win. Johns Agency expects to be the 2024 winner again, so only the best should apply. Is that you? We prefer also bi-ligual agents in addition to English only agents.

Must have excellent communication skills, our ideal candidate will also demonstrate outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities:
- Calculate needed coverages and offer optional payment methods.
- Establish a collaborative relationship with prospective clients from various sources such as networking and member cold calling, and referrals.
- Recommend risk management strategies that fit clients' personal risk profiles.
- Complete administrative tasks including maintaining records and handling policy renewals and annual reviews with our members.
- Describe the advantages and disadvantages of different policies to promote the sale of insurance plans.
- Create and implement marketing strategies to compete with other individuals or insurance companies.
- Respond to clients’ insurance-related questions and issues.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 - 3 years’ experience in insurance sales.
- Georgia resident licensed.
- In-depth knowledge of the different types of insurance plans including vehicle, home, and Life business (optional).
- Outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in computers and statistical analysis software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
