Office Assistant - Accounts Receivable

American Water Damage is a fast growing water restoration company with ten locations across the country. Our company specializes in structural drying and reconstruction of water damaged homes and businesses.

We are searching for candidate to fill the role of Office Assistant/Accounts Receivable to work in our Burnsville office. This position will be responsible for billing to insurance companies, follow up and collections. Additional responsibilities may include sales tax reconciliation, Packout & Storage coordination, data entry, light office work, etc. Must be well organized and comfortable communicating with insurance companies and our customers.

The position requires:

Professional manner, excellent communication and phone skills, good computer skills & to be highly organized.

Experience is a plus, but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $20.50 per hour

• High school or equivalent (Required)
