- Implement and enforce branding and graphic standards, and develop and/or adjust branded templates
- Assist as needed in producing organized and aesthetically impactful proposal documents and presentations in accordance with client specifications
- Assist marketing personal with collateral, display, proposal, and presentation graphics, developing a catalogue of branded elements for future use
- Develop original artwork or illustrations
- Occasional specialized website graphics
- Design print and electronic advertising pieces
- Produce conference, tradeshow, and event graphics
- Maintain an organized filing system for all graphic material
- Assist in keeping a catalog naming system on all graphic/collateral materials
- Assist with creating and curating photography, rendering styles, guides and be responsible for organizing said materials
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Graphic Design or equivalent
- 5+ years of relevant design experience (required)
- Proficient in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with print collateral, brand identity, web, email and social media
- Experienced in video editing and motion graphics (Premiere and After Effects) a huge plus
- Experience in Photography and Videography is preferred not required
- Comfortable in PC environment
- Ability to work as part of a team, take direction and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
