SalarySeeking part-time Office Assistant for a 118-unit Apartment complex located in Helena, Montana.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Interacting with applicants and tenants on a regular basis, processing paperwork for move-in and move-outs as well as other required certifications, answering phones, filing, accepting rent payments, and assisting site Manager where needed.
Qualifications:
Must be detailed and organized, have the ability to multi-task and be a team player! Ability to use conflict resolution skills with residents, to operate basic office equipment printer/fax machine etc., possess excellent communication skills, to walk up and down stairs, must be able to use basic computer programs (Microsoft office, email, search internet etc.) and lift a min of 50lbs. Demonstrate knowledge of fair housing requirements preferred but not required - we will train.

A background check will be processed on all applicants.
Education and/or Experience:
Minimum High School Diploma. Previous experience in housing industry preferred but not required.
