SalaryWe are a fun, fast paced, unique, independent Pediatric office with a great support team! We are looking for a front desk receptionist to add to our highly valued medical staff. The position for a receptionist includes benefits and other incentives! Position is 4 days a week Monday - Thursday 8am to 5pm with a 1-hour lunch. No Fridays, weekend clinical hours or on call requirements.
Job duties will include working efficiently in an electronic medical system, answering multi-line telephone, scheduling appointments/referrals, check patients in/out, take messages, scan documents into EHR (electronic health record), process fax in-box, process medical records requests; and other tasks as needed.
The successful candidate will be flexible, a great team player, able to adjust to varying situations, have great attention to detail, learn quickly, work well with children/families, teammates and provider, displays positivity, is clinically competent and communicates effectively.
