PRIMARY PURPOSE
The National Account Manager is responsible for creating, building, and maintaining strong customer relationships while driving the company's sales objectives across all regions in the country. This position is the primary contact for a specific sector including industrial, home builders, government, and emergency response.
Build and maintain customer relationships within the assigned sector, leveraging existing USS accounts- Develop national opportunities that are doing business across multiple divisions
- Identify potential business outside of current USS operational areas
- Conduct effective proposal calls and presentations on the company's product lines in response to the unique needs of each customer
- Coordinate with various departments within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely fashion. Act as liaison between customers, sales, field operations, and office personnel to resolve general inquiries & issues
- Leverage Salesforce to maximize productivity, improve customer communication, and ensure customer data is accurate
- Work long and unconventional hours, accessible to clients and employees during evenings and weekends. This position requires approximately 25%-30% overnight travel
- Performs other duties as assigned

- Valid Driver's License and proof of current automobile insurance
- Keep up to date with industry news to identify opportunities for new business
