As we continue to grow and thrive, we are seeking a front Office Assistant to join our team!
Hourly wages starting at $20.00 per hour DOE. Our wage packages include employer paid Medical, Dental, and Vision plans as well as profit sharing.
This role will have specific tasks related to answering phones, customer service, invoicing and costing service tickets as well as assisting the service manager to keep processes and projects moving forward in the office such as new projects, dispatching calls assisting with customer issues, warranties, and KPI's. Our company is continuing to grow and is looking for a great person to help shape and lead this important piece to the overall puzzle.
Essential Functions:
- Answering multiple phone lines.
- Customer Service=in person, over the phone, and through email.
- Assisting technicians with service tickets.
- Assisting Service Manager with special projects and creating work flow processes.
- Assisting with inventory control.
Qualifications:
- Strong and positive attitude.
- The ability to transition between tasks quickly.
- Attention to detail.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment where it is necessary to adjust priorities throughout the day.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, primarily outlook, word and excel.
- The ability to work efficiently as a team and independently.
- Process driven mentality.
