As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing administrative support to various departments. The ideal candidate will have experience with multitasking, possess strong organizational and communication skills, and be able to multitask effectively.

- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Coordinate projects and assist with project coordination tasks
- Answer phone calls and provide excellent client support
- Assist with inventory management and ordering office supplies
- Handle sensitive information with high levels of discretion
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
```Experience```
- Previous law firm / management experience is highly preferred
- Proven experience in an administrative role is required
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Proficient in computerized systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Previous experience as a personal assistant or in a clerical role is beneficial
