Local Ogden truss manufacturing company is looking for a dynamic individual with office and basic bookkeeping skills to join our team. - Daily front office responsibilities of answering phones, filing and assisting team members.
- Accounts Receivables
- Accounts Payables
- Company Timeclock Management
- Customer Service
- Assist with HR, Benefits Administration and H2BVisa Filings
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Quickbooks experience helpful
- Proficient in MS Office & Excel
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Basic HR knowledge
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to details
- Able to articulate well with written and verbal correspondence
- Friendly & professional attitude
