Definition of Position:
Surface Art Countertops, Inc. in Healdsburg, CA is Looking for an Office Assistant to Work with our Office Team to help with Project related Tasks. All Actions are to be Based on Customer Service, Quality and Profitability, and Made with a High Level of Integrity and Work Ethic.
Qualifications:
Experience in Project Coordinating, Scheduling, Management Reporting OR Similar Positions in the Construction Field, as well as Familiarity with Standard Concepts, Practices and Procedures of Construction Preferred, but not Required.
- Ability to Effectively Prioritize and Execute Time-Sensitive Tasks
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills Necessary, must be Comfortable Communicating with Both Our Clients and Our Team
- Must Be Able to Follow Directions, Working Within Tight Deadlines and Changing Priorities
- Ability to Plan, Schedule, Track and Report on Tasks Within Each Project
- Proficiency with PC Systems and Microsoft Office Required, Knowledge of Moraware (Systemize and/or CounterGo) is a Plus
- Ability to Transcribe Handwritten Notes is Needed, We Will Train to Read Blueprints and Project Plans
- Must be Comfortable with Solo and Group Tasks and Possess the Ability to Multitask and be Organized Within Each Setting
- Must be a Flexible Team Player with a Positive Attitude, Even Under Pressure
- High School Diploma Required, Undergrad Degree a plus

This Position Reports Directly to the Operations Manager, but Will Also Work Alongside Other Departments Such as Administration, Estimating, and Field Operations.
