Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. This is a part-time position, M/W/F, 8am-4:30pm, with flexibility required.
Duties:
- Perform general office duties, including answering phone calls and recording information accurately and efficiently
- Assist with checking documents for accuracy and completeness
- Enter information into the computer system accurately and efficiently
- File and organize documents accurately and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
Qualifications:
- Previous experience preferred
- Proficient in using QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks
- Familiarity with phone etiquette
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
