- Perform clerical tasks; including, filing, data entry, copying, scanning, drafting and editing documents
- Coordinate with department office manager and laboratory coordinators
- Coordinate with other departments including CReSIS, the Shared Service Center, and Engineering TSC
- Assist with purchasing and creating purchase orders
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, including audio/visual and printers
- Schedule meetings including in-person and virtual
- Point of contact concerning Flight Research Lab operations
- Assist in coordination of flight tests
- Minimum KU GPA of 3.0
- Proficient in MS Office
- Have source of transportation to airport facilities
- KU Student must be enrolled in a minimum of six (6) credit hours each semester during the academic year. Enrollment of one (1) hour during the summer session is required if the student was not enrolled in the previous spring or is not pre-enrolled in the upcoming fall term.
