We’re not looking for just any Office Assistant to join our team, we’re looking for someone who wants career progression and can grow with a company!

Here’s what is required:
- Database management: Researching and updating all contact information for leads on the database.
- Meeting confirmations and reminders: Each day you’ll be confirming the upcoming meetings for the team and reminding clients of existing meetings.
- Live events: Calling members to invite them to private dinners, confirmation calls and thank you calls.
- Creation of team-wide meeting agendas, slide decks and summaries.
Companies are only as good as the people behind them. A good Office Assistant will get the job done to a satisfactory level, a great Office Assistant will be a key part of the team (and you’ll be everyone’s favourite person in the company!).
To be successful in this role you must have:
- 3+ years of experience in similar roles
- Highly experienced with and extremely comfortable using Hubspot
- Detailed knowledge and history using Google Workspace
- Home office set up and able to work without distraction
- A fast and reliable device to work from
- A fast and secure internet connection

The Association of Professional Builders is a business coaching company for custom home builders. We provide on-demand training and systems via our membership and have a private business coaching level where we work one on one with builders worldwide.
The work we do matters and every day we are changing lives. Our members are thriving (despite what you might have heard about the industry lately) which has allowed us to expand our operations even further.
