We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Office Administrator/ Social Media Manager. Print Renegades has built a name for itself based on the level of customer service it provides in an industry that has proven to lack that. We're looking for an outgoing personality to help build customer relationships both in-person and online.
As our Office Administrator, you will be crucial in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth experience for our existing valued customers as well as enticing new ones to work with us. This position requires a unique combination of skills, including professional communication, social media proficiency across various platforms, basic Photoshop and Illustrator skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Help customers place orders and optimize their designs for print.
- Finalize digital files in an organized manner using Dropbox.
- Build digital mockups using existing Adobe Photoshop Templates.
- Correspond with customers via email, phone and Direct Messaging, addressing inquiries, clarifying requirements, and providing updates on placed orders.
- Become the face of our company by posting to various social media platforms speaking to camera.
- Demonstrate quick problem-solving abilities to resolve customer concerns or escalations.
- Utilize Google Workspaces to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers.
- Take ownership of tasks and proactively seek opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Continuously learn about our products, services, and industry trends to provide informed assistance.
- Contribute to the growth and success of the company through innovative ideas and suggestions.
- Maintain our showroom and customer-facing areas to be clean and inviting in every way.
- Assist in shipping out customer orders
- Make invoices/ collect payments
Qualifications:
- Adobe Creative Suite Experience (Photoshop and Illustrator)
- Knowledge of art separations for screen printing (preferred but not required)
- Professional Phone etiquette
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Customer Service experience required
