We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing excellent customer support. Duties:
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Coordinate projects and assist with project management tasks
- 1+ year experience in administrative or office services
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
