DSG, Inc. engineers, manufactures, and distributes aftermarket diesel engine parts for Caterpillar, Cummins, Navistar and Komatsu equipment in the mining, marine, and construction industries worldwide.

SUMMARY

Responsible for providing administrative, clerical, and customer support to the DSG Management and Accounting Departments.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answer and direct telephone calls.
• Answer the reception door.
• Receiving functions for domestic shipments.
• Match non-inventory receivers to invoices.
• Scan invoices to the accounting department.
• Prepare re-order list for office, janitorial and packaging supplies.
• Print and Batch new sales orders
• Assist the sales and planning departments
• Filing
• Represents the company in a professional manner, and works well with others in a team spirit and positive manner.
• Other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
