Answering multi line phone system
Data entry
Payroll processing
Purchase orders - Ordering and processing
Job Costing
Scanning/Filing/Copying
Assist office staff as needed
Education/Experience/Job Knowledge:
High School Diploma or GED
Construction related helpful but not required
Accounting knowledge required
Must be proficient in MS Word and Excel
Spanish helpful but not required.
This office reports to our corporate office and will require a motivated self-starter to accomplish the job.
Must have the ability to prioritize, multitask and complete deadlines.
