Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, office operations, and assisting with various tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the office. This is a part-time position.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties such as answering phone calls
- Greet customers
- Maintain and stock office supplies
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks software
- File and organize documents, both physical and electronic
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Support office staff in daily tasks and projects as needed
-Load customers vehicles with water softener salt and/or 5 gallon jugs of water
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Strong computer skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Strong attention to details
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
