Job Description
What you’ll do:
- Assist in the design and preparation for funeral services (i.e. bulletins, obituary creation, memorial bookmarks, guestbooks, etc)
- Monitor all forms of communication
- Greet families and customers and direct them to where they need to be
- You will input data into various systems as needed
- Answering phones
- Light maintenance
- Other duties as assigned
Experience you need to bring:
- Excellent communication skills- you will be answering phones, emails and greeting customers.
- Technical skills (working with MS Office suite and other various systems).
- Previous office management or Office Assistant experience.
