Responsibilities:
Hire, train, and manage installation teams to ensure field installation project deadlines are met.
Create installation plans per project that include installation maps, electrical diagrams, personnel requirements, installation strategy and quality control metrics for all projects.
Communicate projects to field teams to ensure an accurate, quality, efficient installation and provide on site supervision, quality inspections, and customer communication on the status and progress of the project.
Track, document and report installation data to management and teams to improve quality and efficiency.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of field operation project management experience
- 2 years of experience directly managing 10 or more employees.
- High School Diploma/equivalent
- Technology savvy and proficient in mobile apps and cloud based software
- Valid Drivers License
Preferred
- Associates Degree or higher
- Electrical knowledge
- Heavy equipment experience
- Experience in construction or events management
