We are seeking someone for a Monday - Friday, 12-6pm Position (with a flexible end time) who is orrganized and detail-oriented to join our team. The Office-warehouse Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, answering phone calls and emails, taking orders through Quickbooks and assisting with various office tasks. Helping to facilitate Load up at the end of the day. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
-Should be familiar with Quickbooks
- Taking phone and online orders
- Help with routing and coordinating of Load Up (no heavy lifting required)
- Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
- Perform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, ect
Requirements:
_ Quickbooks Knowledge
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role preferred
- Proficient in using computerized systems for data entry and file management
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of Health food and Energy Beverage a plus but not necessary
- Familiarity with front desk operations is beneficial
