We are looking to add a part-time professional team member to our office staff. The ideal candidate for this position would be professional, highly skilled, dependable, and a self-starter.
**This is NOT a remote position. Candidate must be able to maintain general office hours as stated.
Job Duties -
- Answer phones & greet visitors
- Coordinate with customers and vendors to obtain job specific information
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Assist with daily office duties e.g., ordering and maintaining office supplies, filing, maintain and organize office workspace
Skills & Qualifications -
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Ability to adapt to change in a fast paced office environment
- Self starter who can excel with minimal supervision after training
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Neat, concise, and legible handwriting.
- Ability to follow both written and verbal work instructions.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Suite (MS Excel/Google Sheets)
