Puklich Chevrolet, Inc is looking to hire a full-time Office Assistant, this position includes assisting with office duties, as well as closing in the cashier's office and assisting at the receptionist desk as needed.
This position requires some flexibility with scheduling as this position will be scheduled 10am-7pm as needed as well as 7am-4pm shifts as needed.
Regular hours will be 9am-6pm, with up to 2 Saturdays a month. Holidays will be required as scheduled.
Office Assistant
• Data entry and review
• Scanning and Filing
• Answer dealership group phones
• Deposits & cash receipts
• Assists with stocking in Inventory.
• Assists with Accounts Payable and Receivable
• Reconciling Schedules
• Assists with vehicle delivery reporting
• Office organization and cleanliness
Cashier
• Control the keys associated with completed repair orders, return customer's keys to them when their bills are paid and direct customers where they may find their vehicle.
• Provide the customer with the proper change and/or receipts.
• Properly document charges, and purchases according to the company's policy.
• Ascertain and record repair orders and verify against all cash, checks and credit card payments on hand at end of shift.
• Completes scanning and filing of repair orders, cash receipts, and counter tickets.
• Completes daily deposits.
Receptionist
• Answer incoming calls and communicate with callers or visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
• Greet customers and determine the nature of their visit
• Direct customers to the correct department or individual
• Notifies the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer
• Opens and distributes incoming postal mail
• Records and stamps incoming checks for accounts receivable
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
Automotive Industry, Accounts Payable, and/or Accounts Receivable experience isn't necessary, but is a plus. Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
