Handle a range of responsibilities including invoicing, customer relations, phone management, and day-to-day administrative duties. The ideal candidate will excel in organization, communication, and writing, with proficiency in Microsoft Office programs. In addition to traditional office tasks, this role may involve light clerical work, ordering, scheduling, and providing sales support. There''s even potential to step in during lunch breaks or downtime to assist the sales team, with the possibility of transitioning into a sales role in the future.
