Job Description
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls when necessary
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock and ordering supplies
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Perform other clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing
Skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong training development abilities to provide guidance to new employees
- Experience in team management to ensure smooth workflow and collaboration
- Proficient in budgeting to assist with financial management tasks
- Knowledge of front desk operations to handle inquiries and provide assistance
- Strong clerical skills to perform administrative tasks accurately and efficiently
- Ability to manage schedules and calendars effectively
- Experience in vendor management to coordinate services and supplies for the office
