Office Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Answering Phones.
• Scheduling Jobs.
• Billing and Invoicing.
• Walk-In Customer Care.

Experience:

• Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
• Basic computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, are necessary.
• Quickbooks experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
