Responsibilities:
- Answering Phones.
- Scheduling Jobs.
- Billing and Invoicing.
- Walk-In Customer Care.
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
- Basic computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, are necessary.
- Quickbooks experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
