We are excited to be filling an Office Administrator position at our window tinting company! This position is KEY to our business and success. They lead our office organization and scheduling as wells as set all of the appointments that create the revenue for our company.
The individual that fills this position will be upbeat, personable, organized and have excellent communication skills. Our store has a very low-key, hard working environment. Our atmosphere is low stress and focused on success. We need someone who will work hard and fit into this style of organization.
~40% of the compensation will come from or appointment booking bonuses. You will be paid a bonus for each appointment you book (amount depends on the type). The compensation is expected to average: $19.00-$22.00 per hour ($13/hr base plus appointment scheduling bonuses). Guaranteed a minimum of $19.00/hour for the first 90 days.
The more effective and efficient you are at this position, the more money you will make because of the commission component.
This position is really geared toward someone who is great at setting appointments and communicating our sales messages to customers. Organized, excellent communicators will excel in this role.
This is a part time position is for 15 to 20 hours Per Week working from 9 to 5 two (2) Days Per Week. There is the option to pick up additional hours periodically and seasonally.

Responsibilities
- Answering customer phone calls and emails.
- Keeping a successful flow of communication from our customers all the way to our teams in the field.
- Setting window tinting appointments.
- Scheduling commercial and residential projects.
- Sending out invoices and making follow up accounts receivable calls.
- Logging sales and inventory reports.
- Supporting our installation staff.
- Supporting the brand development and growth when opportunities present themselves.
