POSITION:General Office Administrator

LOCATION: Evans CO

Naill Services is looking for a General Office Administrator to join our team. The qualified candidate should project a professional image with internal and external clients. This candidate should also be flexible while performing a variety of tasks.

JOB RESPONSIBLITIES:

· Computer skills in Microsoft Office

· Some experience using QuickBooks

· Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Processing

· Bank and charge card reconciliations

· Basic understanding of payroll processing

· General office clerical duties (scanning, data entry, filing)

Experience in the oil & gas industry is a plus, but not required.

This is a Part-time in-office position with flexible hours that could turn full time.

Starting pay will be in the $17-18 per hour range, depending on experience.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
