Real Estate Office Administrator
Team Lassen; A top producing Real Estate company is looking for a full-time person for a multi-functional administrative assistance role. Candidate MUST be detailed oriented and organized; capable of shifting between duties successfully. Real Estate experience is preferred; however, administrative experience and the ability to pay attention to deadlines and communicate effectively with the Team is vital to the role.
Job Description:
- Data entry and management of information into multiple platforms
- Assist in answering phones and maintaining front office duties
- Coordinate and communicate on administrative tasks internally and externally
- Coordinate timing of new listings, price changes, updates with agents and Transaction Managers
- Input all listing information into MLS and other applicable marketing websites and update as needed
- Create social media posts for SEO purposes
- Manage advertising in various media sources
- Coordinate and support in Property Management including screening potential tenants, lease renewals, walk-thrus, and other off site duties
- Track incoming leads
Skills Qualifications:
- Experienced administrative assistant
- Real Estate and Property Management experience preferred
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Superior organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to work within a team environment as well as independently
- Positive and outgoing disposition
- Cooperative, team-oriented and calm under pressure
- Mature and professional attitude and appearance
- Excellent computer skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
$70,000+ based on experience; health, dental, and vision insurance upon 90 days of employment
