Job Description:
As an Office Administrator at Hayden Pool Service, you will play a vital role in maintaining the efficiency and organization of our office operations. Your responsibilities will include:
Answering phones and providing excellent customer service to clients.
Maintaining monthly lists of clients, schedules, and tasks.
Conducting accurate data entry tasks to ensure all information is up-to-date and accessible.
Setting up accounts for new clients and managing existing accounts.
Handling deposits and financial transactions with precision and attention to detail.
Overseeing general office management tasks to ensure a smooth workflow.
Assisting in scheduling appointments and coordinating with service technicians.
Traits:
(Preferred) Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a similar industry.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in basic computer software and data entry (Excel and Word).
Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
(Preferred) Knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
