Traffic Control Flagger

• Direct traffic to ensure the safety of pedestrians and workers in construction zones
• Set up and maintain Traffic Control devices such as cones, signs, and barricades
• Communicate with construction crew and drivers to coordinate traffic flow
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to minimize risks and accidents
• Monitor and report any issues or concerns related to traffic flow or safety
• Other relative job duties as assigned 

• A valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time.
• Able to work outdoors in year-round hot/cold temperatures
• Willing to work overtime / Saturdays as needed (up to 6 days a week) 
• Ability to effectively communicate and give clear directions to drivers and pedestrians.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure the accurate placement of Traffic Control devices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of traffic laws and regulations.
• Ability to remain drug-free at all times

• Must have the ability to stand/walk; reach with hands and arms;
• occasionally lift and/or move more than 50 pounds, for up to 14 hours a day.
• Must be comfortable working in outside weather conditions; around moving equipment and machinery parts; moving traffic, and fumes and airborne particles.
