About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of our office and providing administrative support to various departments. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Welcome and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate individuals
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for key personnel
- Organize and maintain office filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary to ensure a smooth office workflow
- Perform other administrative support tasks, such as data entry, copying, and scanning documents
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking.
- Assist in the planning and executing of company events, meetings, and team-building activities.
- Coordinate logistics for internal and external events.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, office assistant, or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
