Office Administrator (part-time)
Central Liberty Properties LLC, founded in 2013, our company provides exterior maintenance to commercial facilities. We provide quality service in the Central Ohio area and surrounding counties with quality commercial, landscaping, snow & ice management, asphalting, and pressure washing. - We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in Hillard, OH. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong computer literacy, and a customer service-oriented mindset
- As a small office, we are a team committed to assisting one another with administrative tasks and other tasks outside of our normal key responsibilities. There will be immediate needs that arise in your day, and you will be trusted with the task(s) not specifically listed in the job description
Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Coordinate meetings and appointments
- Handle incoming calls and emails with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Assist with proofreading documents/contracts for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Support office management on various tasks
Basic Skills and Requirements:
- Must have a High School Degree or Diploma and at least 5 years of experience
- Excellent computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (WORD and Excel), Method CRM and QuickBooks
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Benefits:
- 24 to 32 hours a week. Hourly rate $22 to $26.
