Duties:
- Responsible for directly supporting the supervisor and office staff working in Tender Care’s Morris Plains office
- Responsible for completion of and/or assistance with projects involving Tender Care’s database management, as well as any other needs the supervisor requires
- Responsible for completing and filing incoming documentation related to Tender Care
- Additionally, the Office Administrator will follow up with Tender Care Supervisor’s schedule, meetings, and deadlines
- Administrative tasks related to Tender Care’s residential and in-home programs, e.g. management of residential invoices/expenses, processing of administrative paperwork as required
Essential Job Functions:
- Manage end-to-end onboarding and recruitment processes including coordination of mandatory background and regular compliance checks
- Support supervisor with database projects assigned to keep Tender Care in compliance with state guidelines
- Coordinate activities throughout the company to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with company policy
- Supervise members of the administrative staff, equally dividing responsibilities to improve performance
- Create and update databases and records as required for client/staff information, financial information, personnel, and other data
- Track and replace office supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions in standard office procedures
- Manage and keep updated on incoming and outgoing emails, calls, and posts in the office
- Prepare agendas, make arrangements, and maintain a calendar for supervisor and office
- Receptionist task/picking up calls and ensuring the message is delivered to the correct member of the team
- Submit updated reports to the supervisor and prepare proposals and presentations as needed
- Assist office staff whenever necessary or have the opportunity to
- Troubleshoot issues with printer/scanner Verizon accounts, key membership documents, etc
- Updating inventory
- Perform related duties assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School diploma or equivalency
- Valid Driver’s License in the state of New Jersey
- One year or equivalent experience in data management
- Must submit to mandatory background checks and be determined to be not disqualified

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
