We are looking for an Office Administrator to help manage our successful home care business! This role makes a significant impact on our daily operations and the ability to provide the best care to patients by coordinating office operations.
You will be successful if you are highly detail-oriented and an expert at managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage scheduling, hiring staff and other administrative tasks as needed
  • Manage billing and collections, claim filing, enrollment and discharge operations
  • Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
  • Create memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
  • Manage the development and implementation of onboarding, interviewing, and ongoing education processes, aligning with both state regulations and internal training standards
Requirements:
  • Strong interpersonal skills; prior experience working with home or Health Care is required
  • Excellent communication skills and a compassionate demeanor
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Professional presentation, punctual and ability to effectively multitask
  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides), CRM systems etc.
