We are looking for an Office Administrator to help manage our successful home care business! This role makes a significant impact on our daily operations and the ability to provide the best care to patients by coordinating office operations.

Responsibilities:
- Manage scheduling, hiring staff and other administrative tasks as needed
- Manage billing and collections, claim filing, enrollment and discharge operations
- Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
- Create memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Manage the development and implementation of onboarding, interviewing, and ongoing education processes, aligning with both state regulations and internal training standards
- Strong interpersonal skills; prior experience working with home or Health Care is required
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate demeanor
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Professional presentation, punctual and ability to effectively multitask
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides), CRM systems etc.
