We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team! You will manage and perform clerical and administrative functions to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Email management
- Data Entry
- Data collection and statistical tracking
- Order assignment, shipping, and logistics
- Inventory calculations
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Greet and assist onsite guests.
- Answer inbound telephone calls.
- Develop and implement organized filing systems.
- Serve as the communication bridge between corporate and satellite offices.
- Perform all other office tasks.
Qualifications:
- 15 years of previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Above average Microsoft Office skills with emphasis on Excel formulation.
- 15 years of previous experience in data entry
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail in data entry
- Strong organizational skills
