Job Title: Office Administrator
Direct Reports: Oregon Office Manager
Reports to: Controller
Compensation Type: Hourly, $20-25/hr DOE
Job Summary
As an Office Administrator you will be responsible for keeping and maintaining an orderly office. Supporting multiple departments with general administrative duties. Performing office duties such as answering phones, filing, mail distribution and keeping the office/breakroom stocked with supplies.
Essential Functions, Duties and Responsibilities Essential responsibilities and duties may include, but are not limited, to the following:
- Clerical duties, including answering phones, getting mail.
- Organizing and maintaining records, files, and databases.
- Update appointment office calendar and schedule meetings as requested.
- Perform administrative duties such as scanning and photocopying of job and personnel files.
- Keep stock and inventory of all office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Facility management support to address all office needs.
- Create all shipping labels for outsourced mail (Fed Ex, UPS, etc.).
