Responsibilities:
- Manage the flow of the office with precision and grace, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including client information, caregiver certifications, and office billing
- Serve as a liaison between clients, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals, ensuring clear and effective communication

Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Previous experience in office administration or a related field required
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and HIPAA compliance
