Design Kitchen and Bath is a full service design and build firm specializing in kitchen, bathroom, and basement renovations, home additions, decks and more! We are currently hiring for an Office Administrator
Job Duties:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the office
- Provide administrative support to staff and executives
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate deliveries
- Oversee Designers paperwork and delegate tasks as needed
- Maintain and update calendars and coordinate meetings
- Ensure organizational policies and procedures are followed
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Data entry and bookkeeping
- Compiling Monthly sales Reports
- Calculate commissions and Payroll
- Take on other tasks as needed, ensuring the operational success of the business
- Answer telephone and schedule customer appointments
- Manage Company email
- Greet all customers that come into the showroom.
Skills:
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Proficient in calendar management
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
