Office Administrator

Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk and greet visitors

- Learned proficiency with Carestream/Weave Practice management software
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails
- Schedule appointments
- Handle confidential information with discretion

- Light duty lifting/cleaning

Skills:

- Dental experience a plus, but not required. Willing to train an otherwise strong, dependable candidate
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in front desk operations and customer service
- Strong schedule management abilities
- Effective office management skills, including organization and multitasking
