Position Description:
- Front desk liaison and administrative support for the Rockville office.
- Greet and welcome visitors at reception area.
- Always keep front reception area clean and tidy
- Review forwarded voice mails to appropriate personnel.
- Assist Executive Assistant with special projects or initiatives as required.
- Maintain monthly parking fobs and hourly stickers to ensure there are sufficient inventory available to staff.
- Deliver daily incoming mail to the appropriate staff members to their offices; if not in office unlock and leave in appropriate office.
- Responsible for ordering and maintaining all kitchen supplies/products, snacks, and cleaning supplies to be stored and locked in supply closet.
- Stock kitchen daily with essentials in the morning and evening to ensure that items are well supplied.
- Manage and order office supplies and to ensure the supply room is well organized, stocked, clean and tidy.
- Ensure copiers, printers, and fax are stocked with paper and replace ink cartridges as needed.
- Organize and maintain office common areas. Common areas include reception area, all conference rooms, printing areas, office supply room.
- Assist with lunch orders, food delivery and catering for internal meetings as directed.
- Liaison with building management and cleaning service to ensure that the suite is being cleaned per contract.
- Other duties as assigned for supporting LCG initiatives throughout the year.
- Ensures that SOP and policies are being followed.
- Shipping equipment to out-of-state (outside of the DMV area) employees - FedEx
- Manage JOAN office space reservation by updating working space and users as needed.
- Manage LCG Datawatch cards. Activated and deactivated cards as needed.
- Register all new IT assets as they are being received.
- Label LCG equipment before use.
- Received LCG equipment enter into logging system for tracking purposes (New and employees return).
- Work independently with little to no direction.
- Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures.
- Bring structure and order into the workspace.

- Must be a self-starter, resourceful, and well organized with strong attention to detail.

The projected compensation range for this position is ${{joblist.externalpaylow}} to ${{joblist.externalpayhigh}} per year. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Salary at LCG is determined by various factors, including but not limited to role, location, the combination of education/training, knowledge, skills, competencies, certifications, and work experience.
