We are seeking a highly organized individual with strong administrative skills to help support our growing team.
The ideal candidate has previous experience with office equipment, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is capable of taking direction well and multi-tasking effectively. A successful candidate will have administrative experience, an eye for detail and strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments for customers.
- Provide support to management as needed.
- Have good communication skills.
- Create and maintain a professional work environment.
- Deal with difficult customers.
- Adhere to procedural requirements.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
