Position Summary:
We are looking for a full-time Office Administrator to join our team in Houston, Texas.

Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable
- Process accounts receivable and create invoices
- Assist with product research and paperwork
- General administrative tasks
Education/Experience:
- Crane and/or construction experience a plus
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Clear understanding of supply chain and purchasing preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to track tasks start to finish
- College degree preferred
