Office Administrative Assistant Wanted
Our small specialty contracting firm is seeking an ambitious and outgoing professional, to join us for an office Administrative Assistant position that is intended to progress towards an Executive Administrative Assistant role within the Company. Must be hard working and able to pass a background check.
We are looking for someone who has experience with billing software (preferably QuickBooks), the Microsoft Office Suite (most importantly, Word and Excel), Adobe Acrobat and Foxit Phantom which is used for Blue-Print printing. Someone comfortable working with various cloud-based platforms for uploading, downloading, and submitting files. The candidate will also be proficient with all typical office functions (answering phones, filing and operating a multifunction copier/fax machine) and be willing to “wear many hats”. On the job training will be provided to fill knowledge gaps. No Benefits to start.
The position would start as part-time, with hours and responsibilities increasing as they learn our business and procedures along with periodic reviews of salary relative to level of responsibility.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
