We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to perform a variety of administrative tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support and collaborating with our front staff, assisting in daily office needs, and managing our growing orthodontic office's general administrative activities in maintaining the up-to-date protocols. Administrative Assistant responsibilities include checking patients in, preparing reports and maintaining appropriate filing systems. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills. If you have previous experience as an administrative assistant and familiarity in the healthcare field, we’d like to meet you! Ultimately, a successful Admin Assistant should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office.

Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Assisting in scheduling appointments
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports/tasks
- Develop and maintain a filing systems
- Provide general support to visitors
Skills
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
