We have a great opportunity for an Office Administrative Assistant in our Smyrna, TN office just outside Nashville.
Responsibilities Include:
- Assist with project coordination, including scheduling, resource allocation, and documentation.
- Manage and organize files, documents, and records.
- Coordinate meetings and appointments and maintain calendars.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Coordinate with technicians to schedule service calls and installations.
- Assist with inventory management and procurement of office supplies.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or office assistant.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work with and learn specialized/unique software applications.
- $18.00 to $20.00 an hour based on experience.
- Flexible work schedule.
- 20 to 32 hours per week.
