Job Title: Office Administrator
Hours: 20-30 hours per week (very flexible on days and times)
Compensation: $18-$20 per hour

Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our day-to-day operations by handling including; data entry, application processing, appointment scheduling, and providing assistance to leadership. Additionally, the Office Administrator will be responsible for maintaining our social media presence and facilitating the intake process for new clients.
Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
- Vet applications received from job applicants and set up interviews as requested
- Schedule appointments for clients and staff, coordinating with relevant parties to ensure efficient scheduling
- Provide administrative support to managers and leaders, including preparing documents, organizing files, and assisting with special projects as needed.
- Maintain and update social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, to promote our services and engage with our community.
- Facilitate the intake process for new clients, ensuring they receive the necessary information and assistance to begin using our services.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the office environment, adhering to our core value of “We are clean.”
- Uphold our commitment to friendliness by providing excellent customer service to clients & visitors.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency in data entry and record-keeping.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic marketing principles.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.

About this position:
This is an in-office position. You will need to be able to type, answer the phone, and write. You will occasionally be asked to lift up to 20 pounds. You will need reliable transportation to and from work. Shifts are flexible but you will be required to arrive on time.
